Payment on Joining
100% of the fee is due on the candidate's confirmed joining date. Not on shortlist. Not on offer. On the day they walk in.

Replacement Guarantee
If the hired candidate exits within the guarantee window (30/60/90 days depending on plan), verQ redoes the search at zero additional cost.

No Exclusive Mandate
You can run parallel searches with other agencies or internally. We don't ask for exclusivity. We earn your trust by delivering faster.

No Bypass Clause
Candidates introduced by verQ cannot be engaged directly for 12 months. Breach attracts a 10x fee penalty. Protects everyone's interest.

Shortlist Promise
First shortlist of 4–5 screened profiles within 7 working days of role briefing. If we miss this, we partially refund the fee.

Retainer Terms
Retainers have a minimum 2-month commitment. Cancel anytime after that with 15-day notice. Unused role slots don't carry forward.

Pricing FAQ

When exactly do I pay?+
You pay 100% of the flat fee on the candidate's confirmed date of joining. Not when we send profiles. Not when an offer is made. Only when the person actually joins your company.
What if the hire doesn't work out?+
If the placed candidate exits within the replacement window (30, 60, or 90 days depending on the plan), verQ conducts a fresh search at zero additional cost. This is a standard guarantee on every engagement, not an optional add-on.
Can I use another agency at the same time?+
Absolutely. We don't require exclusivity. You're free to run parallel searches through other channels. We charge only if our candidate joins — no retainer, no holding fee, no exclusivity clause.
How is the CTC band determined?+
The fee is based on the CTC band of the role when you first brief us — not the final offered CTC. If the offer ends up higher than the band discussed, we'll agree a revised fee upfront before proceeding. No surprises.
Is there any advance payment or retainer upfront?+
For first-time clients, we take a small advance of ₹5,000 to confirm the mandate is serious. This is fully adjusted against the final invoice. For retainer plans, the monthly fee is billed at the start of each month.
What about GST?+
All fees shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be applicable on the invoice. A proper GST invoice is issued on every engagement.
