verQ started from a simple frustration. After spending 8+ years placing talent across tech startups, FMCG brands, and mobility companies — I kept seeing the same pattern repeat itself.

He has worked with early-stage startups making their first 10 hires and with scaled companies managing 500+ person teams.

Having seen the HR freelance market from both sides — as a practitioner and as someone who has hired extensively — Naveen built verQ to solve a problem he lived firsthand: great HR talent exists, great companies exist, but there's no trusted platform to connect them quickly, fairly, and without the traditional consultancy markup.
